This morning we were treated to a spectacular lunar eclipse. The eclipse occurred as the moon set so it appeared large and orange and beautiful. A lovely reminder that we have a wonderful creator.
What better way to start the day than with such a spectacle followed by a sunrise ride? We left about 6:30 am and headed north. We saw 3 cars right together, then we were the only northbound traffic out there. What a treat to ride side by side for 70 some odd miles! The funnest part was pulling up to our daughter and son-in-law's apartment at 8:00am on a Saturday morning, revving our bikes and waking them up. Ahhh, payback!
Hahaha you guys are funny! I bet the eclipse was beautiful. I wish I had felt well enough to get up earlier.
